The vacation was a success! The sanatorium deserves the best ratings; this is my first experience of sanatorium-resort treatment. And I would like to acknowledge the high medical competence of the sanatorium staff and express my gratitude to the neuropathologist Liliya Andreeevna! People write different things, but we must understand perfectly well that everyone lives in their own paradigm of values. And of course, no offense said, if every guest or person learns the basic standards of etiquette and decency, then we will raise the cultural level of our great country, which is just lame...

Rest and treatment in the Belarus sanatorium are ruined!!! Since November 27, 2023, I have been recovering in this sanatorium (in the main building, in room 60). Today, November 28, 2023, my wife and I were heading to the pump room to drink mineral water. While going down the stairs, which were not cleared of leaves and debris, I slipped on a wet (after heavy rain) tile and fell backwards onto the steps. The injury occurred in the lumbar and thoracic spine. Vacationers passing by helped me get up and explained that yesterday, in the same place, a woman slipped and fell. We reported this situation to the building administrator, however, there was no reaction from the sanatorium administration. In addition, I note that after 2 hours the stairs are in the same dirty condition. I carefully studied the rules of conduct for vacationers and the requirements for them from the sanatorium administration, however, I did not find any responsibilities of the sanatorium administration for recreational safety. This is such an indifferent attitude towards vacationers.

I am resting now. From 22.07 to 05.08 Location of san. It seems extremely inconvenient and it’s not far from the center; it’s a long steep uphill climb to the stop. The situation is also the same with shops, pharmacies... But the biggest minus is the buffet. If before there was a table to order from the menu and there was a beautifully set table, excellent cuisine... and friendly waiters in their signature uniform, EVERYTHING rushing around with plates from food stands, maneuvering between children running around..... and the waitresses turned into collectors of dirty dishes. Based on communication with vacationers, most of the regulars will no longer come to this sanatorium.

We lived in apartments. The path to the sea is stunning, through the arboretum. The area is well-groomed, clean, and constantly updated. Swimming pool with bar.

I recommend the sanatorium. Very original beach, good service. Wonderful park throughout.

A wonderful park, a good beach, good treatment, but despite the rather expensive vouchers, they save a lot on food and have a very unfriendly, even boorish attitude towards visitors from the sanatorium staff. It gives off a very strong "scoop" feel. I was not allowed into the sanatorium already at the checkpoint, demanding a certificate of epidemiological conditions in addition to my Q-code and sanatorium-resort card, which is absolutely unlawful. After a scandal and filling out a bunch of incomprehensible papers, I was offered dinner in a paid cafe, because after all these delays I was already late even for dinner, despite the fact that I had paid for my entire stay at the sanatorium. The most interesting thing was the very next day, when the attending physician greeted me with the insistence that she supposedly had no information about me and demanded that I again fill out 3 forms that I had filled out the day before. I haven’t written about the room yet: in the best traditions of the Soviet of Deputies, I was supposedly placed in a double room, about 10 m in size, where there were 2 beds and a table across. To get to the balcony, you had to squeeze between the bed and the table. It was impossible to wash in the shower stall, because the curtain hung so close to the wall that when washing it simply stuck to the back, and the water stood in the tray because the drain was clogged. In general, I think that for the money that I paid for the trip, I would have had a much better holiday in a 5* hotel in Turkey. If it weren’t for the treatment, I would never have gone to such a “sanatorium”. I haven’t gone to our sanatoriums for 15 years and I realized that in 15 years little has changed there.

The place is beautiful, the park is chic, the gardeners are great fellows and they monitor cleanliness and beauty. Primorsky building - the receptionist and cashier are HORRIBLE, they don’t know how to communicate with customers, the word service is not about them, they are rude and TALK. One Elevator does not work, there is a queue in the lobby. The process of registration itself wants to leave the best, still papers and queues. The rooms are dirty and dusty, cleaned only for appearances, the floors are not washed. Procedural complex - The girls are great fellows, they work conscientiously, friendly and polite. In the dining room they serve good home-cooked food, the cooks are obviously trying to diversify the budgetary arsenal of products from the bottom of their hearts. The waiter Irina growls at people, throws plates on the table, a smile and please is not familiar to her. The pool is very nice and clean. Rescuers are sad, the girl lies on a sunbed with a phone and runs to smoke every half an hour, a young man sits in the locker room all the time, appears in the pool for 5 minutes every hour. In general, everything is not bad, but there is no proper control over the staff, they do not teach how to work with people, you need to work hard on the service. If you stay, then in the main building, the resort is more for grandparents. You can go once.
